With the holidays upon us, most people are more money-conscious than usual and are looking for ways to save a buck or two where they can. Towne Storage is already helping countless customers do this in their everyday lives.
One way we accomplish this is by helping our customers downsize their current living space – especially those who’ve had kids move out and wanted to capitalize on the hot housing market. They’ve been able to get into a smaller living space without having to sell off their valued belongings because they can still access them frequently and at their convenience at one of our facilities.
We also help clients save money on their businesses by nixing the need for a warehouse to store inventory and we provide snow removal or landscaping businesses places to securely keep their equipment between jobs so they don’t need to lease office or garage space elsewhere.
We also help our clients save money by boosting their productivity by reducing the amount of clutter around the house and by helping them store boats and RVs at far less expensive rates than charged by marinas and most RV parks.
Our customers can avoid costly gym memberships as well by storing seasonal fitness equipment with us in the summer that can be used when it’s too cold to keep exercising outside.
We also offer state-of-the-art climate-controlled units that are ideal for storing collectibles that investors like to keep safe for years on end while their value increases.
Many other money-saving tips are suggested often in each of our facilities as they are customized to fit the needs of each customer we serve.
A significant body of peer-reviewed research shows that living in a state of clutter can negatively impact a person’s mental health a number of different ways.
These include impaired decision-making abilities, memory issues, poorer sleep quality, increased stress and anxiety, difficulty concentrating, and potential physical dangers such as an increased risk of tripping, falling, or experiencing respiratory or allergy-related symptoms or conditions as a result of trapped dust or the presence of allergens that frequently exist in cluttered environments.
Towne Storage is proud to help make the experience of living clutter-free something more people can enjoy. We accomplish this by providing secure, conveniently-located, and affordable self-storage options we make readily available to people across Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.
These include being interviewed by The TODAY Show about the benefits of using self-storage to store seasonal items; by Forbes magazine about the stress-reducing advantages of getting organized; and in this USA Today article about how self-storage can help people struggling with hoarding disorder. He has also informed and contributed to additional media outlets such as in this National Geographic article about how getting organized (including with the help of a storage unit) can improve mental health in other ways.
Such contributions help national media readers and viewers understand the strengths – and limitations – of self-storage, and the many ways it and other organizational tools can make their lives easier.
Towne Storage is always proud to sponsor the National Auto Sport Association Championships. It’s most recent event took place September 7th and 8th, 2024, at the Utah Motorsports Campus in Erda.
